 HOW TO USE THE VIRTUAL SHOP

You can find the products in our catalogue in two different ways: (1) clicking on the buttons for each of the sections (wines, cavas, delicatessen, etc.); or (2) using the search option.

Click on one of the section buttons to see the different types of products that make up that section. Then click on one of the types to see a list of all the products in the catalogue for that section and type. Finally click on the product that you'd like to consult and the file for that product will come up, with information about the product and a photo.

When you have decided what to buy, simply click on the shopping basket for you and the product will go directly into your basket. You can continue to use the basket, adding or eliminating products as you wish. The minimum unit for each order is always a box of six bottles or multiple thereof.

If you wish to try a first order to sample different products or adapt the order to your tastes and needs, for your convenience DELISITE offers you the possibility of making up your own case with those products you desire.

You'll find this option on the first page of the web. The "Make up your case" are of six bottles minimum. Click on CUSTOMISED CASE, open the lists and select the desired product (which will be shown with the unit price including VAT) and choose the number of units you want. Once the case is full (6 units), click on the SHOW box icon to see the contents and total cost of the case. At this point you can add the case to your shopping basket by clicking on the shopping basket icon.

In your shopping basket you can always combine "Make up your case" with cases of one product.

 HOW TO USE THE SEARCH OPTION

The search option in our catalogue allows you to make simple and multiple consultations and searches. You can choose different variables simultaneously for each of the following fields:

Choose the variables you want from the different fields and click on "Search", a list of all products corresponding to your variables will come up.

Choose "Show all" for all the fields and then click on "Search", to see a list of all the products in the catalogue. Turn the pages of the list with the arrow at the bottom of each page.

Search results are shown with a list of the products found.

On the list of the products that you are consulting will appear the name and type of each product, its presentation (case of 6 or 12 bottles), and the total cost including VAT. If you want to the see the file for one of the products, just click on the name. If you want to add it directly to your shopping basket, click on the basket icon.

 HOW TO USE YOUR SHOPPING BASKET AND MAKE AN ORDER

Once you've put a product in your basket, it will remain open until you finish your order or leave the site. Each time you add a product, you'll be shown the basket with all its contents.

To check the delivery costs of your purchase select the "Destination area" and click on "Recalculate".

You can always eliminate a product from you basket or change the quantity. Just click on "Recalculate" to see the new shopping basket.

If you wish to continue shopping, click on the "Back" button of your navigator.

Or if you wish to formalise your purchase, select the "Destination area", click on "Recalculate" and then on "To buy".

Clicking on the "To buy", will take you to a form for you to fill out with your particulars and delivery address. Here you can choose how you want to pay. Then click on "Show bill" to see your final detailed bill. We recommend that you print or save this page for your records.

If you agree with the final bill, click on "Make Order". If you have chosen to pay by Credit Card (Online), we will charge you through the secure server Caixa Terrassa. The bank will ask you for your card number and expiry date. Up to this point, you can still cancel the order. If you continue, and the bank accepts your card, the order will be processed and you will receive a confirmation message. At this point, DELISITE commits itself to deliver your order to the address you have indicated and within a maximum period of 72 hours (see carriage and delivery of orders).

In the event that you choose any of the other forms of payment, DELISITE will contact you to confirm the delivery date.

 CARRIAGE AND DELIVERY OF ORDERS

Delicatessen Site (DELISITE) offers you the convenience of selecting and buying the products in our catalogue from home. We delivery your order to the address you give us within a maximum of:

Carriage costs are calculated according to the delivery zone selected in "Destination area" and the total weight in kilograms of the goods to be delivered.

Carriage costs are calculated and recalculated as you add products to your shopping basket.

For your reference, a table of carriage costs by destination zone (to Spain and some countries from EC) and weight appears below. Although the weights shown are up to 60 Kg., there are no limits in this area.

All delivery to countries from EC (except Spain) will go with a very special package to protect the products.

These prices include VAT.

(**) 100 Kg. is approximately equivalent to 10 cases of 6 bottles each one.

NB.- In the event that the buyer or delivery information does not coincide with the carriage costs selected in DESTINATION AREA, delivery will not be made. If the order has been prepaid, Delsite will contact the customer to resolve the problem. Please pay special attention when selecting the destination area for carriage costs.

For orders delivered in any other country of the European Union, DELISITE will issue an invoice detailing the goods purchased, shipping costs and tax paid in Spain.

DELISITE is not liable for and remains exempt from paying any duty or tax imposed by the government of the country of destination.

In the event, the customer must assume any payment demanded by the government of the country of destination.

The option of Credit Cards allows you to pay with most credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, 4B, Virtual Cash or Visa Electron) through the secure servers Caixa Terrassa bank.

This information is handled with complete SECURITY by the bank, always encoded as it travels through Internet. The encoding process is based on a system of double codes in which information is encoded both at the bank end and at the shop end. These codes only work together, which ensures not only confidentiality but also the authenticity of both parties in the process. The bank checks the card against its own database, in the same way that it is done in a shop by running it through the magnetic reader.

Whether or not the card is accepted after the check, the user will receive a message on screen telling him or her the result. But only in the event that the card is accepted will the shop receive a message of authentication and be able to close the order and make delivery of the products asked for.
